First of all, What does canelo have to do with any of this? You mfs are obsessed with the ginger i swear its too damn funny.

Second, how do you know Zepeda is lying? Why folks acting like injuries are rare in boxing all of sudden, now you just cant get injured cause automatically you'd get branded a duck? Lol nobody is scared of Shakur. Mofo cant even keep his fans on their seats.

Where's the explanation ? Do some investigative journalism and get back to us when you have something to report. This is just clickbait with a bullshlt headline.

I think you are right. He hasn't made the big bucks yet. My best guess is that Oscar has ordered him to do this to avoid a defeat and keep the illusion going. Oscar is good at protecting his assets.

Zepeda doesnt even have fans. He typically fights in small Indian casinos and doesnt even sell those out.

Zepeda fought a blown up 130 lb guy coming off a 3 year layoff and a loss and still went life and death. A tune up fight that was supposed to give him some hype and confidence heading into a shakur fight turned out to be a nightmare. It doesnt matter whether the hand injury is real or not because the truth is there was no way his team was going to put him in with shakur off of that performance. Now when he comes back he'll have to take ANOTHER tune-up and this guy will likely be a worse cherry pick than Farmer. Boxing fans love harping on the shortcoming of the champs, but the challengers deserve just as much blame or more. Guy #1 in four organizations and fighting smaller guys coming off a loss. 95% of #1 contenders sit around fighting can after can waiting for a Kambosos type of opponent to win a belt off of.

I overrated Zepeda 4sure. A part of me did kinda question why they were so hesitant on matching Zepeda against Shakur bcuz style wise it wouldve been intriguing.
