It's so odd to me that there pro boxers that are willing to train former competitors that he had fought in the past or had beaten someone close to the fighter/trainer.
Examples:
Buddy McGirt beat Arturo Gatti's brother (Joe Gatti) by fifth round TKO and then became his trainer.
Malik Scott gets brutally stopped by Deontay Wilder in a round, became his trainer right after.
Roger Mayweather trains Oscar De La Hoya despite that in his fifth bout he had beaten his brother Jeff Mayweather relatively quickly in the fourth round, who was (23-2-2).

Malik didn't get brutally stopped, tho. He took a dive from a blocked shot, look closely.
I'm not against a man making a living, but Beys claim to fame was half killing people with his 400x testosterone level. Maybe Haney is planning to fight fire with fire. Osterine with testosterone.
