If he came up against someone like prime Amir Khan from his man-in-a-hat era (when he schooled Peterson and got robbed due to the involvement of a man in a hat, hired by Mayweather) Nash out - His Excellency

Valero was a vicious fighter, but difficult to say if he would be a top level for long if he had lived, when he finally stepped up at age 25, as he seemed to be in life and death performances prior getting the stoppages against Vicente Mosquera and Antonio DeMarco.

Edwin has a lot sparring stories where he faired better against elite fighters, but difficult to say if these fighters wouldn't had fared better if it was a professional bout.

I have similar questions about Eduardo Nunez, who has 100% KO rate and has beaten a single former champion so far against Rhakimov, but has a leaky defense. Hope to see him fight Cacace and unify against any other champion available.

He was a lunatic but he beat up on journeymen. Would have got schooled by Manny and others.
