As far as I know both Murutalla and Zepeda beat 34 Farmer. Shakur, Ennis, and Crawford couldn't stop their last opponent either. If they are food, why are they ducking?

Zapeda says he wants the fight with Shakur. Some time ago Oscar said on the stage in front of Turki, he wanted the fight, or rather he will not stand in the way. My best guess is that Oscar finds a way to stand in the way and prevents it from happening. He is very good at protecting his fighters record and not exposing them to too much harm in the process.
