Agreed.
It's not uncommon for the sure-thing can't-miss consensus BMF to have an off night or relatively flat performance that doesn't live up to the hype.
We see it all the time.
Boots, Zepeda last night in Saudi, etc.
Opetaia is legit and I can't wait for any Zurdo-Jai matchup, but let the man prove himself in the ring. Or not.
For what it's worth, Zurdo showed lots of heart and grit. Sometimes that will get you through a storm if the opponent isn't on his A-Game.

A lot of predictions that Opetaia finds it easy against Zurdo, but imho that is a very well matched fight indeed & is likely to be just as much of a war as last night or either Jai vs Briedis fight.Leave a comment:

Nope, not cheerleading anyone just annoyingly & busybodily chastising you lol.
On a serious note, my favourite racist poster was the Serie A monkey one from 2019 when they thought they were being anti-racist xDLeave a comment:

CBS got a pasting, but kept bravely coming. Zurdo's just not a heavy-fisted guy up at cruiser. The extra weight also makes his pivot around his opponent take so long that by the time it's over, he seems to have forgotten why he did it.
He does have a sneaky punch from his waist, but it definitely helps when the opponent falls for it all night.Leave a comment:
