Imagine if Dirrell sweeps the first six rounds or so, and because he's fighting as a southpaw, there's an accidental butt and the fight has to be stopped. Dirrell ends up winning by TD.

I'd say that Dirrell is faster than both Pascal and Taylor, at least in terms of hand speed.

The difference is, they are proven, Dirrell is not.

We'll see, but in my opinion his speeds a bit overrated because hes been fighting guys as slow as slugs, normaly when fighters go up in class they seem to lose a lot of speed.

I doubt he has more speed than pascal and taylor, he probably looks faster than them because hes been fighting much lower calibur opponents.

Pascal said that Dirrell has some of the fastest hands he has ever seen. The interview is on fighthype. I guess there real good friends since the Olympics

carl froch sure has alot of mouth!!!! he gets a gift victory when he won the taylor fight, simply because taylor had absolutely zero gas in the tank and someway somehow had no idea to clinch......froch was well on his way to losing that fight.....the ony thing i'm worried about for these matchups are hometown decisions...i don't trust these judges at all.......guaranteed there will be some controversy!!!

I like Froch a lot because he wants to be great and take on the best. But the guy acts like he a veteran in the game. The same **** was said about him last year about him not being ready. I hope he isn't over confident, because it wouldn't suprise. I do believe Dirrell spped is going to cause him major problems

totally agree with you......i didn't read your post before i wrote mine......i really don't understand how froch thinks he's boxing's gift to the world.......i'm hoping dirrell puts on a hell of a show against him
