  • Comments Thread For: Eyes Wide Shut: Everything I learned from not watching Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson

With time getting on, in the early hours of Saturday morning, multi-award winning writer Elliot Worsell was faced with the decision as to whether he should set his alarm to see if Mike Tyson had anything left to offer against Jake Paul.

Great article honestly if you watched this garbage you’re a moron sorry but this circus was probably appealing to the uneducated reality TV generation that inhabits the world but I would like to think a majority of the boxing community had better things to do. Whatever the result was I just hope Mike is ok.

oH no i watched it, oh no i actually watched a guy too old to be in the ring too greedy to say no OH NO.............................

I can realize what they were doing with this fight card, and by the way the Barrios fight was interesting enough for a FNF. It is easy to realize what they were up to on NetFlix and not be an idiot or just a casual fan that stuff dont impress me being above it all. Now there is a fear a deep fear that i will be swindled into watching all sorts of sport i normally would not watch but beings i watched Mike on Friday Night my mind is ruined. I heard a voice say WWE never watched it but now i will. I heard that someone was releasing a rap LP never listened but i will now.............It was a bit of a circus but going in knew that and still i had a few laughs and if NetFlix ever decides to put on a more real fight card i will watch that too and also its Docs and any other diversion i choose..............You are getting sleepy very sleepy repeat after me " i am still a fight fan i am still a fight fan".............

I really like this writer but by writing about it you are only adding to the problem. The reason you are writing about it is very questionable too. You know it will get clicks so why continue to publicise this circus?

Ok so now it is time to STOP.
This country's fascination with pop culture bottom feeding is gross.
I will be glad to watch Jake Paul when he fights a current active good boxer, but what we got out of this was Jake Paul now forever saying he beat Mike Tyson.

Interesting read and we’ll written. I was irritated by the fact that this greed fight could affect the sport . With the death of a fighter that twenty years ago struggled at a poor level to defend himself . I’m glad it’s over and I hope never to hear about either of them regarding future ‘fights’
