If Canelo never fights David Benavidez is it the biggest duck ever considering the circumstances?

Even in past cases, the demand wasn't this high for this much money.

Other fights like Bowe/Lewis Joshua/Wilder failed to happen partially because of unforeseen events (Lewis getting Kod by McCall, Bowes retirement.

The most in demand opponent the fans wanted Canelo to fight.
They were both on the same promotion.
There was literally no obstacles to make the fight other than Canelo wanting the fight.

I think its clearly the biggest duck in boxing history.
