Usyk is scary because he kills you slowly. He drags you into deep waters where you eventually drown. You feel like you are in control but it's just the beginning. A bit like Ali in that regard.

7 out of tanks last 15 fights have been against guys moving up to fight him or against guys with rehydration clauses. that is scary how much of a fraud he is. and its not like the other 8 were all that great, guys like ricardo nunez, shot gamboa, francisco fonseca, etc...scary how people think hes one of the best boxers, propaganda

neither guy has fought anyone good, you could say the same for bakole i suppose, although he at least fought anderson who had hype, and bakole isnt scared to fight anyone, unlike tank, with boots hes just in a dead division that doesnt warrant coverage

IMO, out that list only Noaya and berterviev are scary. The others are good fighters and usyk is great but not scary in the boxing sense of the word.
