Yeah , it's really painful , I've had a few with kidney stones. It's brutal. I've been making myself drink a gallon of water every day for the last 8 years to make sure I never get stones again. I don't even like water , but I hate kidney stones.

Gotta feel sorry for Bellotti not getting a chance to add another valuable notch on the Lonsdale belt, but I really doubt that Gomez knowingly swerved the fight. Hopefully Matchroom & the BBBofC can arrange another defence before the years out. Hopefully Ryan Garner gets the call!!...........
