The heavyweight division has been quite embarrassing from my point of view. It took a guy with plaster to beat Miguel Cotto, and who knows if that **** didn't leave a mental or physical scar on Cotto. No one just cheats against a 37 yr old, Margarito has been cheating for a long ass time.

I'm not 100% certain who said this, but I was watching a thing on Bowe-Holyfield on ESPN one time, and somebody said that on the day Bowe was supposed to fly to go to the Olympics he didn't show up at the airport. They had to send somebody to drag Bowe out of bed and put him on the plane.

A lot of people said that the Arreola loss should be the thing to get him focused. I hope so.

As a ****** sidenote, the other night I ate a whole thing of Ben & Jerry's ice cream in one night. I kept saying to myself not to do it, but kept going. Controlling your appetite takes a lot of discipline.

Those pints or whatever they come in are too big, but too small at the same time. It looks so easy and so appetizing to finish the whole thing, but it's not recommended. Especially for Arreola.
