These compaints have nothing to do with Bivol, and everything to do with Eddie Hearn and his political scheming.

Any time a 114-114 is a legitimate scorecard, which it clearly is in this case, you cannot scream robbery…

The fight could have gone either way and at ringside you can clearly see the differences in power up close vs on a screen- so it is silly to make absolute statements

No one loses in this case- there will be a rematch, both guys will get 8 figure pay days from Turki (again), why complain?

Not sure what that has to do with anything. You think he's disliked because he's black?

What is there to hate about him? Good boxer (last fight excluded!) with a poor chin who is a 2-time world champion, now trying to become a 3-time world champion. Works hard, always give his conquerors credit. Admits when he makes mistakes. Refused to blame his 1st Ruiz loss on anything but himself (when everyone else at the time was saying "But Aj didn't look right"). You can find one or two unlikeable incidents - but you can find many more with his peers.

People don't like him because he's a black guy who is aspirational and trying to do well for himself in all areas and who isn't acting like a "gangsta" and who isn't crazy and chaotic. People only like black boxers when they aren't a "threat" in that way - e.g. Frank Bruno (gentle, clowned around), Mike Tyson (was more likely to find himself in jail than anyway prestigous), Chisora (crazy and entertaining)), even Dubois (seems like a very nice guy but also is very submissive and inarticulate).

This is why people keep saying "Aj isn't a nice person really. He should be himself. He is a criminal." They need to see him that way. Even Dillian Whyte doesn't say that stuff anymore..

So why do Black fans dislike him? They not black enough to root for AJ?

They have been conditioned to cut down "tall poppies". Once a black guy starts acting "white" (e.g. educated and trying to better themselves) they see it as a betrayal. Look at black culture - music/film. What is it saying? It's all about a certain kind of success.

Why don't you like AJ then?
