If that were the case, then wouldn't have made five consecutive catchweight bouts at 155. Though one of them was in Miguel Cotto's request.

Mosley who was 40 years old and coming off a loss to Pacquiao had no business there at Welterweight though.

Not sure about Liam Smith, Lara and Trout, they do belong at light middleweight.

At 155 he rehydrated 174 against Alfredo Angulo and against Daniel Jacobs at 160, he was 170.

He likely rehydrates up to 180-183 now at 168.

Another cry baby topic. They all weight more on fight day. 10-20 pounds more.

Yeah he has acclimated to the division since 2019-2020 and is a natural Super Middleweight, don't agree with fans glorifying him as a small fighter bringing down "giants" when the only difference between his opponents and him is reach, nor using it as a excuse of why he is allowed to pick his opposition like Charlo, 40 year old GGG, or Edgar Berlanga.

If being subjective it can be said beating Callum Smith, Saunders and Plant to become undisputed at the division is a good feat that should be acknowledged, however look at his frame compared to the light heavyweight Bivol and how he had physically overwhelmed his opposition prior his loss. He might be shorter, but he isn't exactly quite lean feather fisted fighter.

Alvarez didn't lose because he was the smaller fighter, he is just inferior in terms of attrition and skill. Stylistically it didn't benefit him to challenge him. It costed him his prime getting beaten from pillar to post on that bout.

look at your top photo u can clearly see that canelo is wider than bivol, bivol is taller

the issue is that we dont know canelos fight night weight so his fans say hes the small guy all the time because we dont have the info unfortunately, if he was going to almost mid 170's from 154 at the end then he is certainly above 180 now, 180 - 185, stick him on a scales hbo style to fight out

Alvarez maybe 180 to 185 on fight night

                  Biv is 185

Maybe Biv isn’t bluffing about being 168 capable

I recently rewatched his fight with Bivol and It really looks like hes heavier than him in the ring. He is so much thicker and muscular I would bet he was heavier. He was also heavier than GGG at 160, probably by 15 pounds. He is a career weight bully and has the hide to complain about David's weight.
