Canelo won 5 rounds (on all 3 cards) vs Bivol in Bivol's weight division, if Bivol came down two divisions to fight the Mexican Great, he would win no more than 2 rounds. Canelo also beat Amir Khan, something Bivol has not done, so, that needs to be factored in as well. Nash out - His Excellency

From a P4P perspective, Canelo has actually fought in multiple weight classes. Bivol and Beterbiev have not. That may be one of their criteria for rankings?

Yes this is very true - Crawford also had to beat Khan. Before that no one rated him. Why are Beterbiev and Bivol running scared?
