And Beterbiev was primarily landing on forearms and gloves, punch stats are always bogus anyway...

Old men clicking buttons when they THINK a punch has landed is no reliable way to measure punches.

youre literally the only person on the planet to think that. even bivols momma will tell you beter hits way harder

bivols face wasnt warn down like a beaten dog fro mtaking them all on the gloves

In that case you did not watch the slow motion replay of those flurries.

I think Bivol edged it - but two shots that stand out when thinking the fight back in my head

The hellacious right hand body shot landed by Beterbiev in the 3rd round I think it was. That shot changed some things imo - And then shot that backed Bivol up when Beterbiev was up against the ropes after taking a combo. Bivol was really going for it there but was forced back and hurt himself

I scored it a draw. Calling it a robbery one way or the other is ridiculous. I wouldn't mind seeing a rematch.

The primary difference is that Arthur's rounds were not as clearly won as Dimitri's

massive tactical error on Biv’s part

he would rack up a points lead in rounds THEN CHILL

you don’t want your opponent to gain momentum by throwing punches and coming forward

and judges are harsh towards “negative” fighters who are moving a lot

Aim should be to DOMINATE the rounds not just secure enough points to win them

So, Beterbiev outlanded Bivol in 7 out of 12 rounds & then tied in another.

So, that's 8 out of 12 rounds he either landed more or tied.

Obviously, Compubox isn't all knowing, but it does give you some idea of what happened.

When the judges scorecards match Compubox, I don't call it a robbery.
