Was fulton criminally overrated by breadman?
I don’t think Fulton was overrated in any way. Inoue is an ATG at the peak of his game when he fought him.

if I recall correctly, Espinoza, Robeisy and Angelo Leo are all promoted/co-promoted by Top Rank. Nick Ball is Queensberry. Vargas, Figueroa, and Fulton are all PBC. The winner of Espinoza/Robeisy rematch should have no trouble getting an unification with Leo, but Ball and winner of Figueroa/Fulton has some hurdles. If anything, I could totally see Vargas butting in and exercising his "Champion in recess" and fighting the winner of Figueroa/Fulton afterwards.

Oh well, I guess one potential unified champion is better than none. Also remove Vargas and his inactiveness out of the picture.
I somehow think Figueroa stops Fulton late this time in a good action fight. Someone in the inside from Mexico told me Espinoza handed out beatings for years to top pros in the gyms there.
