"Keep punching." From the moment actor James Madio began to learn about Willie Pep, recognized their physical resemblance and combined forces with screenwriter friend Steve Loff, those two words came to define their efforts.

Crap.... now I have to find this movie. I like to support boxing biopics and this sounds fantastic. Passion projects almost always pay off (Not vanity projects, mind you.)

This sounds interesting. Willie Pep was a uniquely special boxer, showing something those days that no one ever saw before.

So do I, that's not a bad thing. It's a good thing top watch, remember, and pay homage to the greats of the past that weren't around to see back then.
Willie Pep was one of the greatest pure boxers who ever lived, with the uncanny ability to move, block slip, and punch that defied a humans natural ability.
His boxing record was incredible, one of the very best in the illustrious history of boxing, he even boxed after surviving an airplane crash, this guy was something else.
I have to see this movie, because I'm sure that I will learn things about him that I wasn't aware of, and I'm definitely curious to find out. Rest In Peace 'Will o' the Wisp'.
I just wanted to include his incredible record 229-11-1 (65 KO's), that's just incredible, amazing, unbelievable! Who's has a better record at the elite level?
Maybe only Sugar 'Ray Robinson, who's win's, and losses weren't better than Pep's, but where he eclipsed Pep was in the amount of world championships, and world champion's he conquered.

I was so excited when I first heard this movie was released and then so disappointed when it was only in like 3 movie theatres in Connecticut. Hopefully it gets a wider release or just gets released online I'd really like to see it and I'm sure many others would too.
