The other future American "star" boxers aren't exactly setting a great trend even at a much younger age than Crawford though. I mean there isn't that many that has averaged 2 fights a year for the past 3 years.
In a three year span, the following under-30 American boxers currently with a belt have had so far:
Boots Ennis: 4 fights (5th scheduled November)
Tank Davis: 4 fights (5th scheduled December)
Devin Haney: 5 fights (with lawsuit and everything who knows of his future)
Shakur Stevenson: 5 fights
Teo Lopez: 5 fights
Sebastian Fundora: 4 fights
Mario Barrios: 4 fights (5th scheduled November)
Lamont Roach: 3 fights (4th scheduled December)
Bam Rodriguez: 6 fights (7th scheduled November)
Anthony Olascuaga: 6 fights (7th scheduled this week)

I'm much too lazy to see if any of the mentioned has injuries.
Not all of them are top tier.
2x a year seems to be the norm among top tier guys.
4-5 times is for non-title prospects, but asking an uninjured guy in his 20s to be fighting on average 2 times per year for a three year span shouldn't be that hard, or maybe atleast follow up a year of one fight with a year of three fights or something like that. By the way UK doesn't have that many beltholders in his 20s to begin with so hard to compare directly, but for what its worth the two beltholders they have at the least stays active: Daniel Dubois (age 27) 6 fights, and Nick Ball (age 27) 8 fights since 2022. Note that I only did a quick lookup of the guys I can quickly jump from the "current list of boxing champions" page on on wikipedia so forgive me for not being able to cover any of the "this UK guy is in his 20s and fighting a crap ton and is on a verge of a beltholder so he should be counted"-guys.
As for a template? If you are not injured (beyond normal wear and tear of a fight), if someone fights once between Jan-June and once between July-Dec every year without putting more than 6 month in between then that is automatically 2 or more times a year. If someone gets a fight in once every 4-5 month, occasionally that is a 3 fight a year if you make you first fight prior to March.
Inoue fighting again in December. that'll be 4x within a calender year. going back to last December I believe. should be standard practices
