Live gate refers to how much you get from ticket sales and other purchases at the actually fight i believe. They dont really compare to UFC because for a mega boxing match, ring side seats costing 10k are normal. I dnt think ringside at a mega UFC fight cost the same.

Maybe merchandise,(tshirts hats etc) suites to host fight parties at the venue. It basically the money the fight generates besides PPV.
