  • The main reason I believe Bivol will win

He is the first guy that will fight Artur with the idea to get a decision. Everybody wanted to Ko Artur at some point and that was a downfall for them.

Because guys like Hot Rod, Yarde, Gvozdyk, Callum, Joe...were not even good enough to try to win a decision against Beterbiev.

Go rewatch Artur fights. He loves brawlers, he loves guys with zero defense, he loves guys that would only trade power punches.

Bivol is nothing like that. I believe he will keep him on the distance, control him with the jab, counerpunch him all the time and win.

Bet's boxing ability isn't as good as people want to believe

Combos reset Bet to the center of the ring

Alvarez is better than Bet at cutting off the ring

Bet's most effective counters are in exchanges

Biv's 3-4 punch combos in spurts will keep Bet's hands at home. Bet's best counters come when they trade with him

Biv won't need to trade and is quick. Bet will struggle to counter between Biv's shots

Biv jab will control distance and timing

I see Bet's jab getting countered

Biv has many tools to counter a jab: catch & shoot with his own jab, long right hook downstairs, slip and left hook, right cross

They brawled with Artur to try to save their butt... Gvozdyk was doing good until the middle rounds and then the **** hit the fan... Yarde was doing less than what most think but was still in there and then the sky fell out for him... Bivol will also look good on the cards until he doesn't and I don't think he makes the distance ... That doesn't make him anything but an Elite fighter though... Artur is just that beast he is... Gonna be a fun and stressful fight...

          Yarde is lotta power

KO ratio almost as good as Bet

I remember Yarde hurting Bet with some singles and had him backing up

Bet adjusted well going onto the back foot to set traps and lure Yarde into counters

            So excuses are already there.

Canelo was too small, Ramirez was drained, Beterbiev is old and injured.

After that will you guys say Bivol must beat Opetaia.

Very few fighters have gone into a fight, with Arthur Betebiev with the ambition of brawling and whacking him out 'I think most have relied on the possibility, that Beterbiev will have a sudden drop in performances levels and? They will be able to catch him with big punchers, or exploit this decrease in his game'.

All of Arthur Betebiev's recent opponent's, have only brawled and fought Beterbiev head on 'When they did not really have a choice, because Beterbiev had slowly but surely went through the gears and made the fight into his genre'.

I have stated in my previous posts, that Dimtri Bivol is the easiest style to back in this fight 'Historically when two diametrically opposing styles like Bivol and Beterbiev clash? The fighter who is renowned for their pure boxing skills win's over a series of fights. The fight is a clash of peak for peak boxing archetypes, Bivol is the skill for skill pure boxer and Beterbiev is the pressure fighter. Those are the predominate area's of their game, which separate's them from their nearest competition'.

Note: Therefore Dimtri Bivol may well be winning the rounds in this fight, but? Nobody for sure knows, how Bivol is going to react to Arthur Betebiev's power if and once it lands upon him 'I can envision a fight where Dimtri Bivol is winning the rounds, but in the process is putting a extreme level of effort into those tactics while not really inflicting much damage on Beterbiev. In this style of fight although Dimtri Bivol would be scoring points, there may be a impeding sense of doom and peril for him. As slowly but surely Arthur Beterbiev increases his gears and gradually begins to get closer and closer, making the rounds more difficult for Dimtri Bivol to dominante and win'.

To conclude: So as you can see? Classically Dimtri Bivol is the most straight forward and easiest style in this fight to back 'Anyone who has ever observed boxing for many years or decades, can envision a fight where he is able to win over the distance'.

But when you analyse both fighters beyond a surface level, and you envision more scenarios that could happen 'That is when you see how Arthur Beterbiev, can win if he is in solid form coming into this fight'.

Dimtri Bivol is the most easiest style to back in this fight, he is in my opinion the ever so slight favourite 'But both fighters peak for peak, in solid form. Have the attributes to beat each other, they are potentially stylistically the most challenging and worst match ups for each of their styles' etc.
