        168lbs is where being good enough makes money and too good is laid to waste. It's where naked corruption is allowed to pervert rules, rankings and destroy life long careers in order to maximize profits. When weight is the only rule that hasn't been broken it might qualify as a division but it's certainly not part of competitive sports.

              wba's secondary beltholder is charr. wbo's secondary beltholder is parker. they will get upgraded automatically when usyk - fury 2 winner vacates. kabayel would be the highest rated contender for both ibf and wbc but he is not a designated mandatory for now.

                I think Kabayel will be mandated as the WBC and Martin Bakole as the IBF
