Crawford ain't fighting fundora. He can't afford any risk since he wants that canelo payday, so he can retire. And also when he loses to canelo, he can just say I dared to be great BS.

TC doesn't fight Fundora..Fundora loses via ko only..can't stop that guy unless you clean his clock and TC doesn't have that kind of power ..and for whatever reasons I am trying to see canelo vs TC..

unless he really thinks he can wrap up the Canelo fight in 10 days, why ask for the extension?

I can't see why Crawford would take such a high risk, low reward fight with Fundora. I mean it is a fight that he can probably win since Fundora is hittable, but why risk it anyway?? Fundora isn't a mega star and will not give Crawford the kind of money he's looking for now. Especially after the Madrimov performance. It would be a steep decline in drawing power since his Errol win which at this point feels like it's in an old boxing history book. It was that long ago and Crawford did not capitalize on the momentum one bit. That's pretty bad management if you ask me.

Madrimov was a much, much higher risk for a much lower reward.

Crawford expressed interest in Fundora just a few months ago. Whether he's just pretending or biding time to drive away youtubers and people around from asking him about Boots, or feed them crumbs in the meantime, we don't know. But he's on record saying he wants this Fundora fight.
