Juanma vs Luevano Clash Could End Up In Atlantic City

BoxingScene.com has learned that a strong possibility exists that Juan Manuel Lopez vs. Steven Luevano will head over to the Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City. Luevano's WBO featherweight title will be on the line. The fight will take place on January 23 on HBO. I’ve heard the decision to possibly change the venue has nothing to do with Luevano’s refusal to accept the fight in Puerto Rico. [details]

Called it. Lopez should be happy with this. There will still be a dominant pr presence there.

He doesnt care too much of the fight being any place in the US, he wanted to win a title in PR, but if that doesnt happend, I think it doesnt matter to him where in the IS he fights.
