The original location is in San Mateo, with a second gym in Pleasant Hill which opened this year. It seems to be the catch-22 of prospects... no one wants to fight you because you do not have a name that will help the resume if they win, but how do you build a resume without someone willing to fight you? I am sure they can find scrubs willing to take a paycheck, but sparring is the same as padding your record with overweight Dad Bods taking a dive for drinking cash.

The manager needs to find a local promoter and invest fights in Cato to continue to build Cato resume. If not the manager needs to reach out to to a top promoter and present Cato as a B-side or put Cato in 50/50 fight.
