Joshua always had problems with smaller fighters with speed

Stopped by Ruiz, schooled by CW in Usyk, and now he got mauled by Dubois.

Joshua has always had problems with decent fighters of his generation. Hearn built Joshua's hype by beating up past prime 40 year olds. Joshua's record against fighters his own generation is very poor. The whole "rebuilt Joshua" by having the softest touches possible was all smoke and mirrors. Dubois isn't even that good, but the Brits will think it's one of the biggest upsets ever.

yeh, we sort of always knew that but still expected aj to be a little smarter going into this fight. surely he'd have learnt how to tie up an opponent and have a better defence,
he even showed glimpses in this fight and could easily have picked his shots.

ben davidson also, one of them confidence coaches who doesnt have much technical knowledge.

            back to the dark room

i think only 2 men have beat him & in the rematches he is 50% win rate, not too shabby

can he up that win rate?

he doesnt even have the excuse he is too old

he displayed too much mood variation over the last few weeks, i suspect eddie will report he is now not serene chilled calm determined etc but depressed and angry, watchout people close to him

Dubois is not a smaller fighter with speed. He a big stiff with a good power in both hands.

Dubois himself was stopped by Usyk and dropped like 3 times by Lerena.

I think Parker and Kabayel both beat Dubois, Bakole also.

I rate Dubois, but this win tells more about Joshua than about Dubois.
