Is Mayweather Sr a bum or a good figther?



IS Mayweather Sr a good boxer or a bum? I cant help to notice that this ignorant fool always indicate that Pacquiao has no skills and does not stand amongst the great. Pacquiao has a record of 49-3-2 with 37 ko and Pacquiao is a multi division champion a total of 6 belt in six different division in comparison to Mayweather Sr achievement of 29-6-1 and 19 ko. Pacquiao achievement dwarf Mayweather achievement in and out of the ring. So the question is is Mayweather a good boxer because if he ever fight Pacquiao during his days I am pretty sure Pacquiao would have killed him. I dont know much about boxing so i am just asking how good Mayweather Sr is during his days
