The pressure is squarely on BOTH men, because if Dubois loses, he's no longer champ and takes a big step back, with no Usyk rematch. If AJ wins, he gets a belt and can have another go at Usyk, but if he loses, he becomes more of a journeyman.

“For me, the pressure's all on AJ. I don't think the pressure's on my man.”
I think the pressure is on Dubois. AJ is a 40% better boxer than Dubois. AJ's going to be hitting him at will if Dubois tries to box him. Dubois will get disheartened when he realizes it's not the same AJ he used to spar.
Yes AJ is vulnerable but really the only people who land big punches on him are those who can take a punch to land a punch and Dubois just doesn't have the chin to do that. Watch the Franklin or Ruiz fights - AJ was lighting them up but they could take his punches.
Dubois best chance is to swarm AJ with Tyson like head movement. Dubois is a monster in terms of strength and size

Sounds like Frank Warren and team Dubois are starting to interface with boxing reality 'And they are shook'.
Daniel Dubois is under masses of pressure, yes he has had two solid wins of late 'Dubois has had two solid wins of late, Anthony Joshua is a Olympic Champion and Former two time World Heavyweight Champion'.
I honestly don't think, people understand how something called 'Experience works'. All of Anthony Joshua's feats of achievements, all of the top level wins he has in his career do not just disappear from his being after a loss or because they he achieved those exploits in the past. Those victories just like all the days, weeks, months, years and 1000's upon hours of work ethic that he has put into the sport, are why he at this point in his career'.
Daniel Dubois in comparison has never been to the big ball dance before, not like this. Anthony Joshua for the majority of his career has existed on a completely different stratosphere to Daniel Dubois'.
Anthony Joshua is like Michael Jackson or Prince, vs The New Kids on the Block 'All good music artist by the way, but Michael Jackson and Prince were on a completely different stratosphere of operation compared to New Kids on the Block'.
And in my opinion, this magnitude of event 'Has already been telling, and is having a altered effect on Daniel Dubois composure. This may be for his benefit, or his detriment nobody will truly know this until fight night'.
People need to understand, that Daniel Dubois may be the current IBF World Champion 'But this is his first World title fight'.
Dubois did not prepare for his fight vs Filip Hrgovic 'With the motivation that it was a World title fight. It was a title eliminator, still a vast occasion but nowhere near to the magnitude of his up and coming fight vs Anthony Joshua'.
This is the peak moment of Daniel Dubois's career to date, when he fights Anthony Joshua 'This fight will be the most historically significant fight in boxing, that is happening in one moment in time. Daniel Dubois has never been in that sort of situation, when the entire boxing community and general public's focus is all on YOU. And with that comes big expectation'.
Anthony Joshua has been in that situation many times before, ever since he become a World Champion 'Every single one of his fights, stops the boxing World. Because Joshua's fights at any given time, are the most historical significant moves being played in the game'.
I sense that the closer this fight gets, a narrative in regards to Daniel Dubois may gain traction. The narrative that 'Well if Daniel Dubois loses, he can use this experience as a building block, and impetus to achieve greater feats in the future'.
Boxing is not a game, when a fighter loses 'They can lose bad, it can potentially be horrific and traumatising on many levels'.
And I have continually warned people, specifically Anthony Joshua's critics 'That this is precisely potentially the type of situation Daniel Dubois is heading towards vs Anthony Joshua'.
For the first time in his career 'Come September 21st Daniel Dubois may leave a boxing ring, without being able to take any positives from his performance. Because Anthony Joshua would of completely obliterated him'.
Anthony Joshua has the ability if he utilises all of his power to ether 'Blast Daniel Dubois out inside 3 to 4 rounds, or systematically beat down Daniel Dubois over the distance. I have stated, Daniel Dubois potentially is not going to win a single minute of any rounds in this fight'.
If certain folk think that type of experience is great for Daniel Dubois's future as a competitor? Then you don't really understand competition. Of course Daniel Dubois will be confirming to himself, that he can show courage and resolve to survive. But he will leave a fight knowing, that he is miles away from being a genuine top level fighter'.
Lets all not back track, ALL you Anthony Joshua critics 'Don't back track on your distorted perception of Anthony Joshua. For many years now, you have all been stating that he is afraid and petrified of all these other Heavyweight fighters'.
Note: Historical boxing facts: Anthony Joshua twice in his career, has fought Tyson Fury's fights for him. When Anthony Joshua fought Wladimir Kiltschko in his 19th professional fight on April 29th 2017 'That fight should of been the rematch between both Wladimir Kiltschko and Tyson Fury II. But it was not, because Tyson Fury pulled out of his scheduled rematch twice, unfortunately due to his then circumstance'.
All these years later Tyson Fury fought Francis Ngannou 'And was beaten over 10 rounds. All the statistics of the fight, show that Tyson Fury did not win that fight. Francis Ngannou landed the most power punches, inflicted the most damage, and he scored a knock down'.
The Boxing World was demanding that somebody, a Heavyweight fighter somewhere would step up 'And fight off the Francis Ngannou invasion into boxing'.
Tyson Fury did not step up and rematch Francis Ngannou, Oleksandr Uysk did not step up and neither did Deontay Wilder.
Anthony Joshua not only defended the sport of boxing when he beat Francis Ngannou, he dramatically altered the fundamental universal paradigm that certain folk were accepting as reality. A Heavyweight boxer, has just obliterated one of the most formidable Champions in Mixed Martial Arts History.
Such was the extreme of Joshua's victory it has sent shockwaves around the world 'Those shockwaves have altered the perception that fighters have of Ngannou. Whether Ngannou decides to continue in boxing or mixed martial arts, fighters are going to be confronting him differently now'.
People are underestimating the significance and importance of Anthony Joshua's fight vs Francis Ngannou.
Francis Ngannou was a combat sports athlete, at the time he fought Tyson Fury 'He was perceived as one of the most formidable, intimidating and dangerous fighters on the planet. After he fought Tyson Fury, that perception and aura was applied to extreme levels'.
Boxing as entity, was calling out for it's defender 'A counter attack was imminent. There was much talk, excuses made and deliberation in the aftermath of Francis Ngannou vs Tyson Fury'.
Many people in the wider combat sports world, were starting to believe that Francis Ngannou could beat all Heavyweight fighters 'They could not comprehend, or understand how this man could be hurt by a punch. Francis Ngannou in his entire combat sporting career, had never been hurt by a punch, kick, elbow or knee'.
Francis Ngannou was being built up as being invulnerable to physical attacks, and having mass destructive power within his punches.
To conclude: When Anthony Joshua confronted and fought Francis Ngannou 'Joshua was facing his highest level of potential peril and doom in his career. Because that is the type of fighter Francis Ngannou is a combat sports athlete, similar to a peak Deontay Wilder. For a fighter to overcome those type of fighters, it is not necessarily a great test of technical skill. It is a test of a fighters courage to the maximum and beyond'.
Daniel Dubois is not that type of fighter, or test 'We have all seen Daniel Dubois get knocked out by a Jab, from Oleksandr Uysk who is not a power puncher. Anthony Joshua fought 24 rounds vs Oleksandr Uysk, 95 % of those rounds were competitive'.
Nobody who is honest, and knows boxing 'Questions Anthony Joshua's boxing ability compared to his nearest competition, Joshua has been a proven World to a Elite level fighter since his 19th professional boxing contest'.
But what certain narratives do still question, is Anthony Joshua's courage and resolve 'Anthony Joshua was the man and fighter, who has just defended the sport boxing. From its greatest existential threat of this century in Francis Ngannou'.
Universally that was the perception of Francis Ngannou as a fighter 'My personal perception was not quite that, because I believe Francis is a solid boxer and was worthy enough to compete in the sport. But I could observe around me, how the boxing community as a whole was reacting to his performances. And the collateral damage produce from them'.
Anthony Joshua was the Heavyweight fighter, who stepped up and defended the sport of boxing. And I believe that fight, was underrated preparation for his contest vs Daniel Dubois.
I am going to issue this warning again, to all of Anthony Joshua's critics 'There is still time on the clock, for all of you people to check yourselves'.
'There is still time on the clock, between now and September 21st 2024. Time on the clock for all you people to check yourselves in regards to this fight. If you folk don't check yourselves before September 21st, there is a extremely high likely-hood that? The objective reality of Anthony Joshua's game is going to hit you with extreme force'. etc.

As per the pre Usyk behaviour....everyone else is going to be frozen out if AJ wins because the fight is going to be Fury/AJ. If AJ loses...then the big 3 of this era...Fury/AJ/Wilder will retire. Dubois has years ahead...another loss wouldnt change that.Willow The Wisp likes this.

I said what I said under the assumption that Usyk wins the rematch vs Fury, but of course, I could be wrong. I actually hope Fury wins. However, the fact remains that Usyk is 37 and likely not much longer for the sport. AJ vs Fury is a huge fight that everyone will tune in to see. I'm not sure how you believe that a loss by AJ means that he, Fury and Wilder will retire. Wilder's possible impending retirement has nothing to do with AJ. It's about his age and decline. Despite Dubois' age, he lost his first bid at a belt and is now a paper champion. If he loses it on his first defense, it will have an impact.
