Ellerbe just now commenting on fight..obviously trying to build this b-level fighter up for Davis next big ppv mismatch. B-level Hispanic with average power - fits the criteria for Davis opponent perfectly.

Hmm...I see. That's what it's all about eh? Tank Davis is fighting Valenzuela next. Yeah, that's it. There's nobody in the mysterious PBC house for Wahid other than Rayo who has no choice but to move back down to 135 for Tank.

De Los Santos would have been a better choice. Selling pitch would be that Santos/Shakur fight was basically useless as there was almost no engagement in that fight. Fans would be curious to see if Tank would do it better.

Edwin Delos Santos also beat Jose Valenzuela in spectacular fashion.
Maybe Tank can do it more spectacularly? EDLS is the more intriguing pick,
if the other choice is a drained Rayo.

Looks an odd set up since Ellerbe left Mayweather Promotions, Schaefer at the Mayweather fight in Mexico as the new CEO seemed very quiet and didn't say much about anything including Ellerbe leaving or him being the new CEO of Mayweather Promotions.

But like you said he is #2 in the wba
I like De Los Santos, but he had his shot! Rather see Schofield at this point!

I don't think it's fair to Schofield. He never fought nobody. Then to put him in with that level seems like suicide to me.

Schofield needs to take the steps in order to really have a shot to win that kind of fight imo.

It need to be Roach or Gary Russell for me

Too late for GRJ! Gary Antuanne Russell would be great, but he's coming off a loss to Puello!
