So much wasted potential. What happened to this guy? He was on the up and up in 2017-2018
. Were his alcohol problems evident before? Or did they start when he began his spats with his ex-wife?

Either way, it’s sad.

He actually looked good in his last outing. Benavidez was much smaller, sure…but given Charlo’s huge inactivity, he actually looked like an active fighter once he stepped in.

This guy can’t help it. It bums me out that he can’t get past his alcoholism.

He needs serious help before it’s too late. He’s human just like anybody else and could end his freedom or life at anytime. Mental health is the real deal. So sad for him and anybody else that’s dealing with it

The reason why I wouldn't joke about it this time is because this guy has a life or death alcohol problem. Plus he's not the only one. Probably 80% of posters on this site have alcohol issues and I'm quite sure there are a lot D.W.I.s on this website too. Thank God I stopped drinking before it got to late but I can tell you that everytime I did something silly in my life there was alcohol in my system.
