154 prime Wright vs Martinez

Who the hell has martinez even beat? Other then a Cintron whos first fight was at 154

Are fighters avoiding him, or is he avoiding them? And I don't know much about the 154 weight class so far.

but both mosley and quartey were too small for winky.
