Why was Morales given a WBC belt after they announce the winner...? I thought it was a none-title affair.

Whats up with that...?? He no longer had the WBC belt since he lost it to MAB.

I think the WBC threw in a weak intercontinental belt into the fray to make it look like a title bout hype the fight a little more. And so that the WBC could get its ****** sanctioning fee.

I think its an interim title since Barrera is champ. Morales is the mandatory after Fana. Remember, Morales is more popular and thus gets title belts back after losing them, an example was the Paulie Alaya fight where he won back the title ( featherweight ) after losing it to Barrera!

I think is a recognition to a fighter in every division that THE RING feels is the better at that weight.

IMO opinion is the ring champion for 130, but yeah manny was the ring champion back at 126

Thats not fair, barrera beat morales fair and square, he is the true champ and just cos Pac beat Barrera AT FEATHERWEIGHT doesn`t mean Morales gets the credit for it. barrera is the man at super featherweight

Morales needs to fight Barrera again... just cause he beat Pac that does NOT make him better than MAB IMO
