This Jonas guy has a great philosophy, and most importantly, he puts on fun well matched fights. Boxing needed something like this and I have really enjoyed all of their cards that I've seen. There are a few more smaller outlets doing something similar and I enjoy those too. Fighters need to be busy to be good and to build a fan base.
