Sunny Edwards is now clearly second-tier after getting crushed by a still-improving Bam.
He's still the best guy in the division now that Bam moved on. Losing to a guy who's almost guaranteed a first ballot HOF doesn't make him second tier.

Ehhhh, you might be right.
I had a closer look at the flyweight rankings.

Not to mention his last fight he was right back to essentially completely shutting out a former 108lb world champion. Even with his lack of power, he's still formidable. I think if he actually had power, or even if he weren't in the Bam era, he'd be looking at a very long title reign.

Lol the best guy in the division isn't sunny. It's WBA champion Akui, who's a ruthless power puncher. Bam should've fought akui, instead of pillow fisted sunny.

Sunny is one of those guys that tangles with monsters unarmed. He can't bust a paper bag, but will trade with the best. His annoying character aside, he has huebos.

I see that.
Not unlike a flyweight version of Paulie Malignaggi.
