in hindsight Keith made a smart decision

Beat by a 40 year old manny = Keith could not be the best

So he dipped out early rather than hang around to be a punching bag for the best

      Yes, pretty much.

I don't think he'll get booked for a major fight of any kind again after all of these injuries, and Thurman has shown little appetite for taking any more "rebuild" kinda fights.

If we see him back, it will be a situation where he comes in as a late replacement to face a name guy. But otherwise, I think he's done.

And inactivity had nothing to do with it: he was as active as anyone until he got his first elbow injury. He was never the same after that.

No mans brain wants to see himself as past his prime in his 30’s but the body says different. All athletes wear out faster than most non active men.

At least he has a flautist career to fall back on.

That, and his woman. He was a warrior before that and she started whispering in his ear all that tree-hugging ish.

You are a warrior, you're supposed to sweat and crack skulls, not sit in a monastery in re-tarded hippie clothes.

            That witch ruined this guy.
