Joe frazier is "extremely emotionally damaged" over picture

when i first read it i laughed until my sides hurt then re read it and laughed some more. can someone explain to me how one of the greatest fighters who spend their life being punched and punching others can be "extremely emotionally damaged" over a picture? was it a humiliating picture? did the picture bully frazier? hahahaha or maybe it gave him a dirty look that hes not comfortable with? but seriously what a F***ing joke hes trying to scam them for a quick buck at the expense of his dignity.

i tried adding link but i have to post 15 times first, here:

Frazier said he was “a person of Christian faith (who) suffered extreme emotional damage because of the defendant’s conduct has irreparably damaged his reputation.”

(lol because we know how ONE picture will damage his reputation that took years to build. i still want to see the picture if its nothing bad hes a f***ing joke.)

thats part of what he said and here is part of the story

NEW YORK — A federal appeals court in New York says former heavyweight boxing champion Joe Frazier cannot sue the Oneida Indian Nation because of the tribe's sovereign status.

The 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Manhattan said Thursday that Frazier will have to take his dispute with the operator of the Turning Stone Casino to the tribe's own court.

Frazier sued the tribe in 2002. He says it used his picture without permission to promote a boxing match between his daughter and the daughter of Muhammad Ali.

A lower court judge had ruled that Frazier couldn't sue the tribe in federal court because of the tribe's sovereign status. The appeals court agreed.

A message left for Frazier's lawyer was not immediately returned.
