You get a point for the knockdown and the knockdown most likely wins the round so its an automatic 10-8 even if the one the does the knockdown has taken more damage than the knocked down
A knockdown absolutely does not mean the fighter scoring the knockdown automatically gets a 10-8 round. A knockdown means the knocked-down fighter loses A POINT...... not the entire round. If the knocked-down fighter goes on to CLEARLY with the round (assuming no more knockdowns), then that is a 9-9 round. Most people do not understand how this actually works.Comment
