Because Ortiz is the A side and the name and money man with a built in fan base

And pro boxing is a business so unless Serhii drops Ortiz he will not win a decision

That high guard of Serhii is his style like winky so he will not change up mid fight and I believe that will negate most of Ortiz’s offense
