I think Crawford/Ortiz is a perfect progression for both fighters. It's really a question of money, how much has the King paid Crawford to be an ambassador? If you notice, we actually don't know how much this interloper is paying the fighters, the published purses don't include upside, which much be massive if Eminem is doing sh$$ty concerts before the fight. Point being, for Crawford to take that type of risk this late in his career, he is going to want at least $20 to $30 million the night of the fight. Considering Craw-daddy just allegedly lost $10 million for the king, this potential fight will be a true stress test as to the sustainability of this Saudi venture. Can he pay Crawford? Can he turn a profit? Or he is going to continue to burn money like the Heath Ledgers Joker? Ortiz/Crawford has become an unlikely put up or shut up moment for the Saudi Boxing King.
On the surface, it would seem that Ortiz is Taylor made for Crawford. We will know more about Ortiz and what he is made of after his first real test this coming weekend.
Oscar ‘s 160 Ibs title was a gift decision. Felix Sturm traveled to the US and got robbed. The number of foreigners coming to the US and getting robbed is insane

Just the rap concert cost Turki 5 million dollars
The show itself was sold out ; 22 000 strong
Don’t know what the ppv numbers are
My point being that if he did lose 10 million it wasn’t predominantly the fights itself
Most likely all the extra curricular bullchit that came along
