I hope this plan comes together. Some mouth watering fights on the horizon.

Damn, it's getting hard to make sense of what's happening in the 154 pound division. There's like major news and announcements every day or so with 4 sanctioning bodies with belts up for grabs. This is the polar opposite of a couple years ago with Charlo sitting on the belts and fighting once a year, maybe.

Vergil better not look past Bohachuk on Saturday.
          That guy is good.

One can say what they will about Oscar De La Hoya but he is one wise boxing promoter. He is not ready to cash out his young charge Vergil Ortiz just yet.

Bud would absolute devour him at the present moment. He wants to put a few more notches under his belt first before facing Terence Crawford.

Yes, Bohachuk is the real deal. I don't think that Vergil is looking past him as they both have a history, having sparred about 50 rounds with each other per each of them. May the best man win- they are both warrior types.

Anyone remember a couple of months ago when Odlh said Los Angeles was his town ? Now the knee is bent and the ring is kissed . Soon he’ll be holding Turki’s hand just like Dana White .

Vergil Ortiz is good, but untested. Oscar is slowly stepping him up. You could argue that he has never fought a top 10 guy in his division (or certainly top 5 guy). You cannot put him in with a top pfp guy straight up without fighting real contenders.
