Why LUCIAN BUTE is not in SUPER SIX???

I watch SUPER SIX 360 episode and I saw on papers LUCIAN BUTE s name.

Anyone know what happen,why BUTE is not there?

Because they wouldn't want more Europeans than Americans.

So 3 vs 3, Yanks vs Europeans is the preferred format.

He should be in the tourney over Taylor, AA, Dirrell, and Ward. Even after the tourney is over we still won't know who the best is a SMW because he wasn't involved....assuming he doesn't get derailed by Andrade or someone else after that fight.

Yeah i agree, he should be in it. Think Showtime wanted an equal number of Americans and Europeans to take part though, to keep American interest up.

Anyone who thinks that Butes non-participation in the super 6 equals that there will be uncertainties in regard to who’s the best SMW, doesn’t have eyes in his head. Look at the guy fight and tell me honestly, that you think he’s better than the top 3 finishers (whenever we know who they are) in the Super 6.

He was already beaten by a journeyman, Andrade. Although he won on points, almost everyone who saw that fight thought Bute was beaten. Hell, he barely managed to stand up.

Bute was out of it. The ref should've stopped the fight. Lets see if Andrade can do it again.

Andrade cost himself a knockout win because he left the corner. Bute by decision in the rematch, their will be no controversiality in the rematch.

It will still be up in the air if the winner of the tourney or some participant who did well does not fight Bute....especially if Bute beats Andrade convincingly and maybe some other notable SMW...... There are too many unanswered questions about most of the top SMWs to say who would and who would not beat Bute at this point.
