This took me 12hrs I lost count of generations and back to the DAW make changes then go again, even though the lyrics are basic I wanted a little edge on the vocals.

Yeah a lot my mates like it they all boxing fellas, old mate the other day I go around his place and he is in his gym working out and the song is pumping was pretty funny to see.

Before you said you wouldn't know where to start, its easy to get going, the AI will give you good stuff by just telling it what you want, but if you wanna own the song then you need to get into some audio editors DAWs, and just play around with the tools you would pick it up in no time.

So to say its all done with AI is a long way from how it was made.
            LOL!!!
You should have thought that some people that come to this site might have a musical background and are familiar with how AI music is made.

FYI- Poetry and lyric writing is one of the first algorithms developed for AI music.

            Enjoy your recognition.

Thats the autotune you can hear, most modern singers use it even in live performances, its what gives vocals that tinny robot flavour you cn hear it a lot on radio songs its just keeps vocals in tune by clipping out of tune notes, the AI runs all its vocals through an autotune of some sort.

The very first impression I had was that the vocals have an obvious A.I. feel. There's a phase, chorus-flange audio artifact that gives it away. The vocal precision also seems unnatural too. From what I've read, younger people seem to be able to hear the artifacts much better than older people. I'm not young but it's really obvious to me too. I think it would be easy to fool people who don't have an ear for music production but anyone with a half decent ear will hear the audio artifacts. I'll bet A.I. developers or audio engineers will work the bugs out of A.I. music creation and production very soon. As a long time musician I find it a bit unsettling that this stuff will replace skilled musicianship, but technology is taking over and A.I. will eventual replace all kinds of skilled occupations.

About the song...The style is quite modern. It's really tight and has a good structure. Better than most A.I. songs and music productions that I've heard. I listened to a bunch of A.I. songs on YouTube. There's a channel that creates A.I. songs in the style of KISS in 1976 (Specifically KISS' Rock And Roll Over album). Judging from the comments on those videos, people seem impressed. I found the A.I. songwriting to be pretty hit and miss...Mostly miss...BUT, sometimes it does capture a cool melodic theme. I guess you just gotta keep feeding it different directions to approach the song with. Eventually it's going to hit a decent target. It's like songwriting. Some people take the approach of, "Shoot lots of crap at the barn...and something will stick.

Exactly I can hear the AI effect straight away, but nobody is trying to hide anything, maybe some people do but I don't its for my enjoyment more than anything, there is two ways of doing it , you write and craft it by building it how you want which is what I do, or you can push a button and what it will give you is a good sounding song but it doesn't have that user input of written lyrics and all the spoken mistakes/nuances people write into lyrics, that's the human element AI cant do that just yet, AI lyrics are so generic rhyme, and generic words like Neon lights etc, where writing your own to sound a certain way as opposed to forcing rhyme schemes which AI does I think gives you songs with an organic element that pure AI generated with AI lyrics cant do yet, but it will probably get there, funny thing is Ive played a bunch of songs to a lot of different people in the car and not one has said that sounds like AI, its like you know the cart when you see the horse but if you cant see the horse you don't know its there, AI stuff is going to be mind blowing over the next few years.

As for writing I write a story and have no knowledge at all of syllable counting, stressed/nonstressed syllables etc used in song writing other than I know the rules are there but I don't know how to apply them , but what AI allows me to do is have my words sung and then I change the words around to get it sung how I want, to me that's the magic part, I highly recommend anyone interested just jump in.
