Agree with everything the Turki said except for the ducking Crawford part. Does this guy know anything about weight classes? It's not like Crawford had an easy night in his first 154 fight against the unknown Madrimov.
Nobody is bowing to nobody. The fact of the matter is that canelo has been on this no risk path for years, GBP protected him like the guy was not a fighter. And yes, I think Crawford should fight Ennis or drop the belts, although I think canelo should do the same with benavidez. For the second time in my fan life, I have seen guys fleeing a division because the champion refuses to fight them, the first time was Napoles, he moved to WW because Ortiz was playing hide and seek.
Canelo is on the retirement tour. All the sanctioning bodies have to do is strip him, but we know they want PAY DAY. You want him to fight his IBF mandatory Willima Scull? Don't say he ducking him too since he didn't face him.

You know very well who he needed to face. He should vacate, and yes they should strip him and end the farce, but, they're corrupted just like him. Whoever call this type of fights that he's been giving to his fans, world title fights, are delusional, blind or don't know what world title fight looks like.
Crawford currenly has 2 Welter weight titles, either face Ennis or relinquish those titles so others can fight and unify.
Boxing is not only about what Turki wants. It's what the fighters want as well. Fighters have a Price and Turki is not willing to Pay everyone what they want.
He can pay Ennis a good amount and Ennis will gladly face Crawford.
I would expect those titles to be gone by Monday, at the latest! As for Boots:
Eddie Hearn: ‘Jaron Ennis must unify before facing Crawford at 154’

Promoter Eddie Hearn believes that his fighter Jaron ‘Boots’ Ennis must look to unify titles in the welterweight division before moving up to junior middleweight to face Terence Crawford.
Ennis put on a dominant display in front of a sizeable crowd in Philadelphia, in his first fight with Hearn’s Matchroom Boxing. The fighter dismantled challenger David Avanesyan, forcing the Armenian's corner to throw in the towel at the end of the fifth round. Ennis retained his IBF welterweight championship with the victory and is now eyeing a potential unification later this year. Crawford is the only other title holder in the division, but given his upcoming move to 154 lbs to face Israil Madrimov in August, the belts are likely to become vacant. Hearn believes Ennis must aim to unify before moving up to join Crawford one division farther north, and that his next fight could come as early as October on the huge Artur Beterbiev vs. Dimitry Bivol card in Saudi Arabia.
“The number one priority is to unify the division,” said Hearn. “He’s going to go to 154 at some point, but you don’t really want to go until you take care of business. His Excellency [Turki Alalshikh] asked me, ‘Do you think Boots would fight Crawford?’ I said, ‘Yeah’, but that’s for next year, we are going to fight in October or November. I said to His Excellency, ‘Maybe if you want, we will go co-main event on Beterbiev vs Bivol in October.’ Or we could come back here… Crawford vs. Boots at the Ball Park, **** me, that has got me really excited.”

I don't understand Eddie's logic, saying, "The number one priority is to unify the division." All the action is at 154!!!
I want to see his PPV numbers for the Crawford fight! His promotion was not over the top. Remember now Saudi, now you are getting into Al Haymon’s territory too! Face of boxing and he doesn’t understand that no boxer is a farias of another boxer. It’s business potential that hold the fights off! Dummy!
