Was funny to see Shakur sitting next to the promoter who didn’t want to sign him for obvious reasons and now is talking about strategy plan for him
      Can’t make this stuff up

Seems to me that Turki is bypassing all of this strategy stuff and offering him a fight with Zapeda straight up. It just depends on whether Oscar approves it or blocks it. I am not sure any of the promoters i.e. Oscar or Eddie will offer Shakur more that $15M for 5 fights or a minimum of $3M per fight. One possible scenario is he becomes a free agent, as he will be too embarrassed to go back to uncle Bob. He could just negotiate deals fight by fight (assuming he keeps winning) as no major promoter will want to lock themselves into a very high guarantee with Shakur.

As witnessed with Haney , not everyone can go the free agent way
          He’s better signing with someone
