The fact some STILL think Floyd was "ducking" Manny just shows how powerful propaganda can be.
manny was one or two levels below Floyd coupled with the wrong style

Guys without a size advantage who would give Floyd hell:

    Duran
    Henry Armstrong

    maybe Pernell Whitaker

Who did Usyk beat that was universally rated top 5 P4P in the world?

Crawford beat anybody & everybody who was put in front of him without any controversy, usually stopping them, in spite of PBC locking him out of fights at 147 & 154.

western mainstream media was too busy simping for manny to celebrate when Cotto and Maidana gave Floyd that work
Manny was already a fughin superstar hence why their fight made over 600 million
Or you know something we don’t ???

I dare someone to argue Bud is a greater welterweight than Tim Bradley. Bradley beat
A PRIME UNDEFEATED Devon Alexander which was like seeing Bud-Spence in their primes. he went to England has a 6-1 underdog and beat Junior Witter. He beat a prime undefeated Lamont Peterson. He beat a prime Pacquiao. Márquez was way past prime but Marquez is a HOF who just KOd Pacquiao.

I’m tired of seeing Bud get compared to Floyd. The level of competition is way different. It’s easy to look great when your competition is minimal.
So Bud really eats you up ???
            Even if ……..

Floyd scared to fight many. Didn't fight bradley and bud, and thurman. If floyd had more depth to his resume, he could be been as great as Pac was. Floyd had no prime ATG wins under his belt.
So it was always in his best interests not to duck bradley, bud, brook, thurman type guys. They were in same division afterall. How do manage to escape guys in your own division, floyd must be houdini?

He retired for two years just to duck welterweights from his era as well. No other word best describes that than scared

Roughhousing, constant smothering pressure, etc, are the type of tactics that throw Floyd off his game, has nothing to do with actual skills, etc. Stylistically, Shawn Porter would’ve been a bad matchup for Floyd too, but Shawn isn’t on the level of Pacquiao and Canelo.
Yup, unfortunately casuals don't get this.

No disrespect to Tim Bradley's career, his fight with Provodnikov minted my respect for him permanently as a fighter, but it was a blatant robbery win against Pacquiao that made his career what it is and brought him his biggest subsequent opportunities.

Tim > Bud = a braindead take, but also have to assume some deliberate trolling too- hope you're enjoying the notifications lol
