  • Stop Comparing Bud And Floyd. Bud Isn’t Even Greater Than Tim Bradley

Floyd would’ve been CRUCIFIED if he 1- fought someone that only had 11 fights and 2- struggled against someone that only had 11 fights.

I dare someone to argue Bud is a greater welterweight than Tim Bradley. Bradley beat
A PRIME UNDEFEATED Devon Alexander which was like seeing Bud-Spence in their primes. he went to England has a 6-1 underdog and beat Junior Witter. He beat a prime undefeated Lamont Peterson. He beat a prime Pacquiao. Márquez was way past prime but Marquez is a HOF who just KOd Pacquiao.

I’m tired of seeing Bud get compared to Floyd. The level of competition is way different. It’s easy to look great when your competition is minimal.

C'mon. Floyd struggled with Marcos Madonna. A c fighter he should have whitewashed the first time around.

Crawford's best win is a CTE ridden dude with 3 title defences in 1 weight class. Errol SPence. Dude wasn't even unified, that's how much of a bum he was. He would be a complete bum on GGG or Canelo's resume. Caleb Plant has a better resume than Errol Spence.

Styles make fights, genius. Why do you think Floyd had an easier time against Pacquiao, Canelo, than he did against Maidana? Roughhousing, constant smothering pressure, etc, are the type of tactics that throw Floyd off his game, has nothing to do with actual skills, etc. Stylistically, Shawn Porter would’ve been a bad matchup for Floyd too, but Shawn isn’t on the level of Pacquiao and Canelo.

People keep saying buds as good as inoue and usyk. So if that's the case, no reason bud can't be as good as floyd too. Not as good as pac of course, but as good as floyd no problem. Bud probably beats everyone Floyd did. But as floyd resume is a bit more in depth id say Floyd's still greater than Bud, in same way pac is greater than floyd in having more depth resume and having greater best win over prime ATGs.

Bud can go someway in making that up, by having a greater win than Floyd has....ie beat Nel o at 160/168 or win 160 title
Floyd shouldve fought bud when he could.

I followed Buds career since he was 135. I enjoyed watching him. I get how people of this generation think he is the greatest. I saw Floyd fight since 135 too. Hes far superior to Crawford. Theirs NO COMPARISON. Ill add in that Floyd ISNT the greatest either but definitely deserves to be in the conversation. Bud was given a hard time by a NOBODY. Nuf said.

Because he was too scared to fight the man at his absolute best. Genius

Timmeh all but admits that Terence is the better boxer whenever he reflects on their sparring

Given 3 attempts TBud would have gotten at least one REAL win over manny

                  Probably at least 2

                  Timmeh's best win 7-5 a 40 year old Marquez

Yawn..Let it go, bro! Pacquiao loss. Let me guess, Pacquiao at his best was in 2009 after he beat Cotto, well why didn’t he accepted to take the USADA test as the clear B-side? Top Rank and Pacquiao both didn’t want it back then and kept stalling and then after a few fights with Marquez one of which Pacquiao got slept for the whole world to see that’s when reality sets in and he went and got a boxing lesson by Floyd the same exact way it would’ve happened if that fight had took
place in 2010. Styles make fights, Floyd was simply too fundamentally skilled and twitchy for Pacquiao. Pacquiao may have accomplished more accolades than Floyd, but Floyd was the better boxer. It’s 2024, Pacquiao will always have that L on his record. Deal with it!!!!
