          BoxRec does have Fulton/Castro listed on the under-card. It appears like PBC scrapped the Plant/McCumby card and just merged it with Canelo's event.

              Garcia is shot, Rolly is a glorified journeyman and Plant is simply one of those names PBC keeps around as undercard filler. If Plant was really anything special, he wouldn't still be hiding at 168.
