Well...no one will ask for more because that's your absolute ceiling, a fight you were fortunate to walk away from with the decision.

It was still a mostly fine performance against a tough skilled guy.

If Madrimov was more like a prime Golovkin, that would've been even more trouble for Crawford. Just imagining that, in terms of these tough east european fighters and comparisons.

Crawford outpointed Madrimov so that's that. He will be even less aggressive if he fights Canelo. Crawford probably figures he can do better than Charlo.

Bud is still a very good fighter, but he and his fans were expecting a 1-sided masterclass and that's not what happened.

                They've been humbled.

Terence Crawford has always been a class-act, even when being denied by Floyd Mayweather, his subsidiaries like boxer advisor Al Hayman and PBC, when he was in his prime.

Crawford says, 'The cream always rises to the top, I'm the last one standing'.

Hmm....then what could be said about those Mayweather and PBC affiliated fighters like 'One Time' Thurman, 'Swift' Garcia, Show-Time Porter, the Charlo'z, and 'The Truth' Spence and their other lesser known stable-mates?

Are they still "marinating" on the other side of the street and pond?

Like they said, "We don't need Terence 'Bud' Crawford, because people just want to see us fight each other, and keep our belts in-house."

Maybe 'Bud' will leave word at the door to allow them entry in to see him inducted into the 'Hall of Fame'.

Hey, you never know, it could happen, and maybe, they can hitch a ride there with Floyd on his jet.

People need to relax and just enjoy the moment and the great performances we get to witness it’s boxing you’re a fan watch and enjoy and move on. Bud was great Madrimov was too but Bud won he went up 7 pounds and fought for a belt straight off the bat that’s crazy!

The flight was boring both were afraid to engage for the first eight rounds they didn't want to get knocked out by the other guy for Crawford to struggle with a guy who had 10 fights is unbelievable considering the way he handled Spence. Can't wait to see him fight Spandura Ortiz katsu. I'd love to see him go for the undisputed at 1:54. The canelo fight is way over his head if he thought that 154 pounder was a strong fighter He's going to be in shock when he starts fighting with canelo he'll get knocked out.
