Yes the problem is, in America where the PPV numbers are generated... For instance I spoke to this dumbass friend of mine that knows nothing about boxing except like Ali, and Tyson.. Doesn't even know who Ali fought, ok?

That is your major problem..even the most casual of half assed fans or even non boxing fans are more likely to have heard of Mayweather than any other welter. That translates to PPV numbers.

While "Firepower" is something I vastly look forward to, I too, think that it will do less than "Numero Uno". Mainly cuz of dumbass casual, and non-fan crossovers like my friend.

Pac's PPV # arent anywhere near Mayweather's

If the #1 P4P fighter in the world fighting the # 1 WW in the world CANT sell as much as Mayweather-Marquez when Marquez is not even as known to the casual fan as much as Pac or Cotto & Mayweather was coming off a 2 year layoff...thats ALL BAD for Team Pac or Cotto for negotiating vs Mayweather
