I critized Rayo in the past after losing to De Los Santos, feels wrong that I wrote him off based one performance being a upcomer having less then 15 fights.

He could be a big player at 140 whether he wins or losses the fight. Depends on how he polished his skills and compensates for his flaws in his skill, he just turned 25 years old aswell.
