Dirrell actually doesnt have better defense, in my opinion.

I think Carl will cut the ring off in the 6th round, Dirrell has handspeed but his footwork sucks and Carl should be able to trap him.

Froch ko 7-9

I am thinking the same thing. I think he can avoid single punches well, but when he gets pressured and is against the ropes he seems pretty easy to get hit. I do think that he can outbox Froch in the early rounds, but this is a 12 round fight! Froch will get to him at some point in the fight.

People calling for Froch to come out and blast Dirrell better be careful what they wish for. If Carl comes out ****** he is the one likely to caught with a big counter shot that he doesn't see.

Froch may come across and batter Dirrell, its one option. Dirrell doesnt have the chin, defence, power or toughness as Jean Pascall.

His other option is to simply let Dirrell run for a few rounds till he is tired and then blast him

The punch to look for from Dirrell will be a counter right hook out of a southpaw stance when Froch throws his lazy lunging jab.

Dirrell hands are fast enough that he can pick Froch off with the lead hook and step aside out of trouble a lot like Pac did to Hatton.
